  • STEP1: Scan a whatsapp mobile number inside the API. Send test message to confirm all is OK.

  • STEP2: Select Automation that you wish to implement. We have multiple options for Sales as well as Operations.

  • STEP3: Watch the video, create a copy of the automation and test the same. Take support of our helpdesk team for any issues. Click Here

  • STEP4: Create Content and Populate data in the sheet to start your automation.

  • STEP5: Refer these FAQ & follow these guidelines to ensure that you do not get banned.

STEP1 : Create API credentials & scan a whatsapp mobile number

In this step you will get a user name and password email from our team to log into the Whatsapp API. You can use the following link to login :

You will be using this link to attach your Whatsapp Number to API Server as given in the video. You will also test the same by sending a test message.

In the video you will also learn how to see reports and other important settings for the gateway.

STEP 2 & 3: Select & SETUP Automation

In this step you can select which automations you would like to implement. For starters we recommend the following applications that apply to most businesses. PLEASE NOTE THAT APPLICATIONS YOU CAN SELECT DEPEND UPON THE PACKAGE YOU HAVE CHOSEN.

Please Click on the video and link below to setup the desired automation. Please note that you must have purchased the package\license for the application you wish to setup or else the same will not work. For any clarity on what all is included in your package please contact our Sales team.
